Is there a minimum order to purchase plants from PlantClearance.com?
Yes. We strongly advise you make the minimum order of $300 for priority 2-7 day delivery.
Can I make a purchase below the minimum order?
Yes. You can make an order for say $50-$290 and your order will be delivered when ever one of our trucks delivers to your area, this can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks. If no order is ever delivered around your area within this period of time, your order will be cancelled and refunded. All cancelled orders under the minimum are subject to a credit card processing cancellation fee.
What payment methods does PlantClearance.com accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Our website uses SSL ( Secure Sockets Layer ) to safely process all transactions.
Do you offer discounts for contractor accounts?
Yes. We offer from 5%-15% discount for all landscape contractor accounts with high volume orders. Please inquire about creating a landscape contractor account.
Does PlantClearance.com have a nursery ground to browse for plants?
Yes. We have several growing grounds and one main nursery that are available by appointment only to customers with large orders who wish to tag their plants before it arrives. Where does PlantClearance.com deliver?
We deliver to the following counties of Southern California: Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and San Diego County. See Delivery Rates
How long does it take for plants to be delivered?
Once your payment is received, your order will be delivered within 2-7 working days. After order has been placed and you are ready to check out, you may specify where you wish the plants to go, such as, “in the driveway”, or “curb-side”. If no location is specified, the delivery person will leave plants in the front yard. Orders below the minimum take 2-12 weeks for delivery.
Do you offer any warranty on plants?
Yes. We offer a 3 Month Plant Warranty for all plants, If you wish to return any dead plant under the 3 Month Plant Warranty period, you may do so to receive a store credit for the returned item. We warranty plants will arrive in a healthy, up-to-landscape standard condition. If a plant does not meet your expectations, simply do not accept the plant and return it with the driver. Please make sure the plant stays on the delivery truck and goes back with the driver to receive store credit for future purchases. Any plant material that stays at the delivery location is considered acceptable and no credit will be issued. All plant returns are subject to a 30% processing and restocking fee.
