How can I create an account on PlantClearance.com ?

Click on Forgot password to retrieve account password. If you previously made a purchase and need additional assistance call us at 951-295-1015 to reset your password.

Is there a minimum order to purchase plants from PlantClearance.com?

No. We strongly advise you make the minimum purchase of $400 to take advantage of our FREE SHIPPING and fast 2-7 day delivery.

Can I make a purchase below the minimum order?

Yes. You can still place your order from say $100-$400 but you would have to wait until one of our trucks delivers to your area for your order to be delivered. Any order below minimum purchase can take up to 2-8 weeks for delivery and if cancelled either by us or customer is subject to cancelling restocking fees.

What payment methods does PlantClearance.com accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Our website uses SSL ( Secure Sockets Layer ) to safely process all transactions.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes. We offer from 5%-10% automatic discounts done at checkout for all large orders. Please refer to our discounts sections for discount price breakdown.

Does PlantClearance.com have a nursery ground to browse for plants?

Yes. We have several growing grounds and one main nursery that are available by appointment only to customers with large orders who wish to tag their plants before it arrives. Where does PlantClearance.com deliver?

We are based in the Inland Empire and our trucks deliver once or twice per week to the following counties of Southern California: Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and San Diego County.

How long does it take for plants to be delivered?

Once your payment is received, your order will be delivered within 2-7 working days. After order has been placed and you are ready to check out, you may specify where you wish the plants to go, such as, “in the driveway”, or “curb-side”. If no location is specified, the delivery person will leave plants in the front yard.

Do you offer any warranty on plants or refunds?

Yes. We offer a 3 Month Plant Warranty for all plants, If you wish to return any dead plant under the 3 Month Plant Warranty period, you may do so to receive a store credit for the returned item. This means we will credit your account with a store credit you can use to make a purchase replacing the dead material or any other item ( delivery fee is nonrefundable ). We warranty plants will arrive in a healthy, up-to-landscape standard condition. If a plant does not meet your expectations, simply do not accept the plant and return it with the driver. Please make sure the plant stays on the delivery truck and goes back with the driver to receive store credit for future purchases. Any plant material that stays at the delivery location is considered acceptable and no credit will be issued. If all plants do not meet your expectations and you wish to return the entire order, simply do not accept the plants and return them with the driver for monetary refund to your credit card. All plant returns are subject to a 30% processing and restocking fee.

Do you deliver to Northern California or out-of-state?
